I thick this was great to be able to achieve a better understanding of a influencers point of view on social media and how it is basically her life. she spoke about how she will get deliveries every weeks often loads of outfits from companies, however never has room for them all after. Lydia sometimes keeps odd bits but does not have room to keep everything, the way she goes about getting rid of spare clothes is quite nice and considerate. She will at least send a bag a week to the charity shop, also give one to her mum to give out to her work mates, but she also sells them on Depop through a friend. As these clothes arnt worn and are only used to take  the photo or video off. Therefore they would be a waste if they was to just go in the bin.
Lidya spoke about the multiple positives, from paid sponsorships, to freebies and holidays, however she had to also show the bad side of being a huge influencer of 2.7 million people. She gets put under a lot of pressure being infront of a huge audience on a daily basis, definitely with being a fashion influencer her main concern is staying in shape and healthy, while always looking presentable. This is an obvious pressure for everyone but more so for an influencer who is works of paid adds and sponsors. Again with her being self employed it can be quite risky as you never know what type of money will be coming in, its not a reliable income. It will also be difficult if she ever wanted to have a kid as she wouldn't get maternity pay, meaning she wouldn't make much money during that time. This is similar if she is ill too as she won't be able to do as much work as she would want, losing money.
It is also very hard to explain to people what she does for a job, for those who don't use instagram and understand what an influencer is. It could often make people jealous that she gets given free clothes and gets paired to post them on her account. It would be a dream, lets be honest.

Overall it was really nice to talk to Lydia and see her perspective on it, as we only see it from the outside. I good to understand the amount of work that goes into it, that its not all that it appears to be. Its been a good insight.
